Some centres are currently using Surveys or Contact Forms to encourage retailers to praise each other on great service. This feedback is then transferred to a Wall of Honour (a Standard List) in the app for all to see. Not only does this create a sense of community, but it encourages retailers to give great service. What’s more, this simple combination can be customised to a specific celebration or season, such as Halloween or Christmas! For example, you could invite your users to commend each other on fantastic window displays.
How is this set-up?
- CREATE A SURVEY (AND THE BUTTON TO HOLD IT)
For a step-by-step guide on how to do this, click here: https://mallcommsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008829013-Surveys
N.B. Images cannot be uploaded with a Survey. If you would like to users to submit an image alongside their commendation, please use a Contact Form.
- CREATE A BUTTON WHICH IS A CONTACT FORM
You can find a guide on how to do this within the ‘Managing your buttons’ ZenDesk article, available here: https://mallcommsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009539793-Managing-your-buttons
This should be set to send the information to whoever is going to upload it onto the Wall of Honour.
2. CREATE A STANDARD LIST - this is your Wall of Honour
The ‘Managing your buttons’ ZenDesk article also covers adding a button and selecting ‘Standard List’.
Monitoring the feedback
To see feedback submitted via the survey you created:
- Open the CMS
- Go to Items > Surveys > All Surveys
3. Locate your survey from the list of surveys and select Actions > Responses
4. Choose how you would like to download the responses e.g. PDF or CSV
If you created a Contact Form instead of a Survey, the feedback will be sent to you (or the designated person) in individual emails.
Uploading feedback to the Wall of Honour
Each piece of feedback should be uploaded as individual items.
