Emergency contact and key holder prioritisation
Key Contacts is a module that allows users to prioritise key holders and emergency contacts into an ordered list. This can be updated at any time and is a great way for the management team to be able to contact who they need to directly.
Using as the management team
As part of the management team, when you go into the button, you will see a list of occupiers in your location and when you select one, you'll see the list of Managers, Key Holders and Emergency Contacts in the order of the first point of contact. There are also quick dial and email icons for ease of use. These icons allow you to contact the person directly.
Using as an occupier
As an occupier, if you go into the button you will see a list of everyone that is assigned to the user role Store Manager or Manager 1. By pressing Sort, you can activate the drag and drop and reorder your management team into a hierarchy.
Below that is a list of anyone that has been marked as a Keyholder in the Staff Management button and finally Emergency Contacts. As with the Managers list, you can press sort to organise these into an ordered list with the one at the top being the first point of contact in the case of an emergency.
